Expression of Interest - South Australian Morris Minor National Rally April 2023

To ALL MCCSA Club Members,

Our club committee have recently been discussing the practicalities of holding the next Morris Minor National Rally of 2023 here in ADELAIDE.

An event of this size and magnitude, requires in itself a committed team of members, totally focussed on the Rally and the events, sponsorship, accommodation and all related facets of the Rally in total.

It is for this reason we wish to forward a communication to all our member base, to obtain a level of interest within the club to hold such a Rally, as well as most importantly, to uncover a list of genuinely interested members willing to make a long term (two-year) commitment to be a participant within this Rally Committee.

Naturally, the National Rally committee can expect to receive the total support of the MCCSA Management Committee and the club members as a given. But it's important that we all acknowledge that holding such an event comes with it, great responsibility and will also require personal time sacrifices.

Before our Management Committee make any decision, either way we are offering the opportunity for all our club members to register their interest on Two levels, by completing the survey on our Club website.

You will be asked to respond to two simple questions by providing your name, followed by qualifying these statements:

1) I want the MCCSA to hold the 2023 National Rally in Adelaide Yes / No

2) I want to be on the National Rally Committee Yes / No

The results of this survey will underline the club's overall commitment to holding a Rally here in Adelaide in 2023.

The Survey will be open right up till Midnight, 16th of March 2021 and results will be presented at the MCCSA club March meeting the following evening.
